There is a saying that "It's never work, if you enjoy what you do". Or something like that LOL. Most times, when I can't remember what the exact saying is, I will usually add in my own words. Everyone knows that in my home as well as my classroom, there is a vast amount of laughter. This is how I feel about painting.
I had a supervisor from my social services days who said "A long chase goose" I laughed, and laughed and laughed, then I came home and laughed again. My students do the same with me now. She was the absolute best manager I ever had, not to mention that at that time I realized that I was not the only one who butchered sayings, songs and other things. I love painting, designing, drawing and through Youtubers such as Kacha, Brushed by Brandy and several others that I love, I began to step up and step out with my own creations. I hope you look them up!

Antique Restoration
These pieces were one of my earliest restoration. It was listed on Craigslist because I was not yet familiar with Facebook.
The buyer came from Marietta and was very sweet. I was nervous, anxious and happy all at the same time.
Custom Woodwork
This was my second set that went the following day. I felt like I was a pro LOL. Then the buyer called me and asked why the mirror looked messed up. I told her that it was distressed, She told me that it was distressing her!
